Please read these Terms of Service completely using www.jessicasherwood.co.nz which is owned and operated by Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at www.jessicasherwood.co.nz.
By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or purchasing products or services off the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. This site and logos, and content are owned by Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Accepted payment methods include Bank transfer, payment is to be made prior to the initial consultation, in full. Details on how to pay will be included in the booking email, and a confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.
Refunds will be given in the event that either party reschedules the appointment 48 hours beforehand and reasonable attempts to reschedule the appointment have been made. In the event that the appointment is not attended, despite reasonable attempts to contact the client, no refunds will be given, unless legally required to do so. Refunds may take up to 14 days to complete and will be delivered in the same format they were paid in, e.g. in cash, or the same bank account/card.
Refunds for products will be given in the event the product is not available, and cannot be substituted. No refunds will be given on used products unless the product has caused harm.
For Flower Essences brought, shipment is made via NZ Post, any purchase over $50 will be tracked and traced unless requested not to do so. In the event that the order is not received in a reasonable time, attempts to locate the package will be made, and if not able to locate, a replacement product will be shipped, with track and trace. For any supplements or herbal medicines, shipment will depend on the supplier, and these will be discussed in the appointment or emailed before purchase.
If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy will announce that these changes have been made on my home page and other key pages on this site. If there are any changes in how Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by email, or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be posted on our site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
Here at Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy, pricing is set and can be seen (here), it is updated 1-2 times a year, as needed. Promotional pricing may be used but will comply with the Advertising Standards Code.

The information on this site is not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including text, graphics, images, and information, contained on or available through this web site is for general information purposes only. And represent personal evidence-based views.
Name, email address, street address, job title, credit card information, doctor’s name and address. This data will be used to schedule consultations, provide a duty of care, process payments for consultations/supplements, referral if required, and is either consented to by the client or is in the vital interests of the individual. Personal data is only disclosed to any recipient with consent, or if needed in court. Personal data except for credit card data, will be kept for 7 years, as is requested by law, credit card data will only be stored until payment is processed, or if using the online booking system, until you delete your card from the system.
You have the right to access your personal data, object to and rectify or erase your personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time, for personal data such as email address, to be used for direct marketing. In the case where a complaint is not resolved between the parties (Jessica Sherwood Naturopathy and the Client), you have the right to lodge a complaint with The Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner. In the case where refusal to provide personal data has occurred, consultation and treatment sessions may not be able to continue. Personal data may be collected directly from the client, by referral from another practitioner (with consent).
Advertising may be used with personal information that is publicly available, this data will not be disclosed if doing so is unfair or unreasonable in the circumstances. If any personal information is collected, including images, consent will be gained before its use for advertising. Anyone under the age of 18 must-have parental or guardian consent before any personal information is used in an advertisement.
Personal information that is publicly available may be used for personalised direct advertising communications providing the information is not accompanied by a statement to the effect the person does not wish to receive such advertising. Private personal information may be used for personalised direct advertising communications providing consent has been obtained from the person to collect, store, and use their information for a defined purpose, and the information collected is only used for that purpose. It must be clear to the recipient of any personalised direct advertising communication how they can unsubscribe or opt-out.
If an advertisement appears indecent, offensive, or likely to cause harm, or you believe that it goes against the Advertising Standards Code or the Therapeutic and Health Advertising Code, be assured that this is not our intention. Please email a screenshot of the advertisement, and where you saw it to firstname.lastname@example.org and a review of the advertisement will take place within 7 days. I take my reputation and credibility very seriously and I only endorse products I believe in, that have an evidence base for use.
